ARTIST NOTES: There are moments in landscape photography where time seems to pause—not in stillness, but in flow. The Moment Between captures that threshold: the brief sliver of time where ocean meets stone and light folds into motion. A shaft of soft illumination broke through heavy skies for only seconds, casting the moss-covered rocks in an ethereal green glow. I had one chance—and the sea was already moving.

This piece is about presence. It’s about holding space in the transitory, where light shifts and water shapes the Earth grain by grain. You don’t witness this scene—you feel it pass through you, like the tide itself.

Shot using long exposure to trace the motion of the swell, this image is a meditation on timing, texture, and the poetry of the in-between.

Printed as a limited edition, only 20 will ever be printed.

Printed on Metal, with a floating frame and high gloss, this piece has a modern, eye capturing look as it floats on your wall.
