ARTIST NOTES: Vivid and joyful, this painting bursts with warmth and Mediterranean energy. The red tablecloth, patterned plate, and bright lemons glow under strong light, balanced by the deep green of a monstera leaf and bottle of wine. The bold contrasts and confident brushstrokes celebrate abundance and sensory pleasure, turning a simple tabletop into a lively expression of hospitality and colour.

ARTIST BIO

I am a painter working in bold, colour-forward interpretations of every day domestic scenes. My work leans into the pleasure of ordinary objects and the way colour can shift the emotional tone of familiar spaces. I paints primaily in acrylic on canvas and build each piece from observation and memory rather than strict realism, allowing shape and palette to lead, making the familiar become newly vivid.

I am based in regional New South Wales where I live with my two whippets and paint in the margins of a full life.
